Computes the cumulative standard deviation in a dataset up to each row or column. Standard deviation is a measure of the amount of variation or dispersion in a set. Read more about standard deviation on Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Standard_deviation

1.53 is the standard deviation of the set [2, 4, 6] because the variance is 2.33 and 1.53 = √2.33
